• Black Pepper is one of the Popular Spices and known as “King of Spices” • The Botanical name of black pepper is “ Piper nigrum “ and belongs to the family of Piperaceae. • The peppercorn is actually the fruit of the plant, and depending on when it is harvested, processed, and dried, it can produce black, green, or white peppercorns. • The product bears distinctive pungency as can be evidenced by the sample provided • Only very limited quantity is currently available – but can be increased based on firm orders and strictly against advance orders. • Traditionally grown black pepper of high piperine content (6%+) is available n larger volumes of 70-80 MT; however these do not carry Organic Certification. However the cultivation and processing is done in traditional ways making these products more natural.
